These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Hostarena (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our domain hosting and internet services (the “Services”), you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using our Services.

1. Services Provided

Hostarena provides domain hosting and other internet-related services, including but not limited to domain registration, website hosting, Microsoft Cloud Hosting, email services, and related technical support.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

To use our Services, you must register an account with Hostarena. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms

• Billing Cycle: Our services are billed on a monthly basis, the 14th of each month, and payment is due in full for the entire billing cycle before the 1st of the following month.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment through various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other third-party payment processors.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, services may be suspended or terminated, and a late fee may be applied. You will be notified of any such actions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be made in writing and require a full calendar month’s notice before the desired cancellation date. For example, if you wish to cancel your service by the end of February, you must provide notice no later than the end of January.
• Service Continuation: Failure to provide the required notice will result in the continuation of services for the following month, and you will be charged for that month.
• Refunds: Hostarena does not offer refunds for payments made prior to cancellation unless required by applicable law. You are responsible for all payments due during the notice period.

5. Account Termination

Hostarena reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to any customer for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Non-payment or failure to pay by the 1st of the month.
• Misuse or abuse of the Services.
• Engaging in illegal activities or activities that may harm the reputation of Hostarena or its other customers.

In the event of termination, any outstanding fees or charges will remain due, and access to services may be revoked immediately.

6. Data and Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you store, host, or transmit using our Services. Hostarena is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your data, nor for the deletion or corruption of any data stored on our servers.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, state, or national laws.
• Sending unsolicited emails (spam).
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Distributing malicious software or engaging in any other activities that could harm or interfere with the normal operation of Hostarena or other customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hostarena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or other financial losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostarena, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including violations of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Modification of Services and Terms

Hostarena reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its Services, or to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
